Y7-10 Online Tutor Event – 1st December 2020

November 2020

Dear Parent/Carer

ONLINE TUTOR REVIEW EVENT TUESDAY DECEMBER 1ST 2020, ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING

We are holding our online Tutor Review Event on Tuesday 01 December 2020. Your child will attend school on this day from the normal time of 8.30am. At 1.30pm, the school will close for lessons and the online Tutor Review Event will begin from 2pm.

All appointments are booked on the Parents Evening Booking System https://oakwoodhighschool.schoolcloud.co.uk/, this allows parents and carers to choose or alter a pre-booked appointment with staff.

Appointments will be available between 2.00pm and 6.45pm.  The meeting is expected to last 10 minutes and the discussion will focus on your child’s progress. Please note that although you will book 15 minute appointments, these will actually end after 10 minutes to allow time for teachers to take notes prior to their next appointment.

Instructions on how the video appointments will work on the day will follow.

The booking system will be available from 9.00am on Thursday 12 November 2020.  The system will temporarily close on Tuesday 24 November 2020 at 8.00am and pupils without an appointment will have one assigned.  The system will reopen later the same day and you will be able to change appointments if required. The system will finally close Friday 27 November 2020 at 12.00pm.
