As a result of the eClinics app success in Doncaster School Nursing and the need to adopt creative ways to enable young people to access support at this time, Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Trust (RDaSH) has extended the offer so that the app is now available in Rotherham CAMHS and With me in Mind service enabling access to support for young people with any mental health related issues aged 11-18 across Rotherham
Our CAMHS and 11-19 eClinic apps are free instant messaging service which enables young people (11-19 years) to self-refer and talk to a School Nurse or CAMHS Practitioner via their mobile device. Young people can download the app via android or IOS, register their details and book an appointment via the app. The appointment is held via a text message-based service.

Access to the internet
The CAMHS e-Clinic app is easily downloaded from the Apple app store or Google play store, enabling a young person to use their mobile phone to book a virtual appointment and ‘live’ chat to a CAMHS practitioner or With me in Mind worker via instant messaging. It is available to anyone in the secondary school age group, not just those who are already in contact with CAMHS
