Just wanted to remind you, as the first day back is often one of the hardest, to look after yourselves and each other.

Please do try some of the daily activities, you don't have to do them all, but just stopping and taking a moment for you is enough to recharge and help in keeping good mental heath and wellbeing.

It's ok to talk about how we feel, it's ok to say and it's ok to reach out.

Ask someone how they are today and listen to the answer.
