Remember we should always be looking after our physical health as well as our mental health. Our emotional health and wellbeing is an important factor in our lives.

Doing little things often can help us keep our mental health positive. If you need any support with anything at all, please do speak out, to your friends, to your teachers, to your family.

It's good to talk and we can and should talk about our mental health.
