Sheffield Children’s Hospital

This Monday evening saw the Sheffield Children’s Hospital host their annual Snowflake “switch on” which sees over 100 sponsored snowflakes illuminate the famous building for the festive period in support of the hospital charity. In amongst the snowflakes on display this year is our very own donation from Boston House here at Oakwood.

Many of our pupils in Boston have been involved in a number of projects over the past few months to help try to raise the £600 for the Oakwood snowflake.

Fundraising is still ongoing as we have until March to reach our target and are still some way short. If anyone would like to make a donation please bring to our reception and also encourage pupils to get involved in any of the upcoming fundraising efforts.
