Summer Fundraising

We received an email from the head of Community Fundraising at Rotherham Hospice, recognising the work done over the summer by two of our Year 8 pupils to help raise funds.

 I’m Jake, a member of the fundraising team here at Rotherham Hospice. I just wanted to get in touch to extend our thanks to Rose and Macey for their support over the summer. They’ve done such a brilliant job in raising much needed funds to support our patients and their families.

 Every time they’ve come into the hospice to talk about their fundraising, they’ve both been really enthusiastic and excited to be spending time in the summer holiday doing something that helps others.

 The hospice depends on the support of people like Rose and Macey, as without them we simply wouldn’t be able to care for our patients in the way they need, so we really appreciate their hard work.

 They’re a real credit to themselves, the school, and the larger community itself.
